Gnocchi with sage

Ingrediënten
- 100 gr gezouten boter
- 4 el The Spice Club salie
- 450 gr blokjes pompoen
- 400 gr gnocchi
Bereiding
Step 1: Melt the butter in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Step 2: Add the sage to the melted butter and bake for 1-2 minutes until the butter is fragrant.
Step 3: Add the pumpkin cubes to the pan and fry for 5-7 minutes, or until soft and light tanned.
Step 4: Meanwhile, cook the Gnocchi according to the instructions on the package. Drain and keep warm.
Step 5: Add the cooked gnocchi to the pan with the pumpkin and sage. Bake everything together for another 2-3 minutes, so that the Gnocchi comes to taste well.
Step 6: Serve the gnocchi and pumpkin immediately. Enjoy your meal!
