Super Fast Egg Tortilla Cups

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1 wrap
  • 2 teaspoons THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix
  • Grated cheese (optional)
  • Sriracha sauce (to taste)
  • THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

preparation

STEP 1: Preheat the Oven or Airfryer

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer to 180°C.

STEP 2: Preparing Vegetables and Wrap

  • Cut the tomato and onion into cubes.
  • Take an ovenproof bowl and place the wrap in it. Gently press down to create a bowl.

STEP 3: Filling and Mixing

  • Fill the wrap bowl with the diced tomatoes and onion.
  • Add 2 eggs to the bowl.
  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix over the ingredients.
  • Stir everything well so that the eggs and spice mix are evenly distributed.

STEP 4: Baking

  • If you like, sprinkle with grated cheese (optional).
  • Place the wrap bowl in the air fryer and cook at 350°F for 6 to 8 minutes.

STEP 5: Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish the Wrap Omelet with sriracha sauce to taste.
  • If necessary, add some THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor.
  • Enjoy this quick and tasty breakfast or brunch dish!
