The Spice Club Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 kleine sjalot, in partjes gesneden
  • Bosje verse platte peterselie blaadjes
  • 2 teentjes knoflook
  • 2 eetlepels The Spice Club Garlic Butter Mix
  • 1 theelepel versgemalen zwarte peper
  • 150 ml extra vierge olijfolie
  • 50 ml rode wijnazijn

Bereiding

Prepare the ingredients: Place the shallot, parsley, garlic and The Spice Club Garlic Butter Mix in a food processor or blender. Pulsate briefly to chop everything. Make sure the mixture stays coarse and does not become too slippery.

Add the black pepper, olive oil and red wine vinegar Toe. Pulsing briefly so that everything is well mixed, but keep a gross texture.

Taste and season: Add extra salt or black pepper if necessary to adjust the taste.

Serve immediately Or let the chimichurri stand for a moment to mix the flavors well. If necessary, save in the refrigerator in an airtight pot.
