Traybake Shrimp with Tomatoes & Feta

Ingrediënten
- 1 teentje knoflook, fijngehakt
- 4 el The Spice Club Traybake mix
- 1 el citroensap
- 2 el olijfolie
- Versgemalen zwarte peper, naar smaak
- 600–700 g gepelde rauwe garnalen (bijv. grote tijgergarnalen)
- 300 g cherrytomaten of gehakte tomaten
- 100 g feta, verkruimeld
- Volkoren (stok)brood, om te dippen
Bereiding
1. Pre -heating: Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
2. Make marinade: In a bowl, mix the garlic, traybake mix, lemon juice, olive oil and some black pepper. Add the shrimp and stir well so that everything is covered.
3. Filling baking dish: Divide the shrimp on a baking dish. Add the cherry tomatoes or chopped tomatoes. Stir briefly and divide the feta over it.
4. Baking: Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes until the shrimp are tender and the feta turns light.
5. Serve: Serve directly with whole -grain baguette to dip in the spicy tomato sauce. Garnish with some extra lemon or fresh parsley.
Tip: Also delicious with boiled quinoa or whole -grain couscous if you want to make a full meal.
