If you're still not impressed, just email us within 30 days of your online purchase at support@thespiceclub.nl om to ask for your money back (including shipping costs, if applicable). We can only give refunds for the first time you try a new flavor, and our refunds are limited to one delivery per person for online orders. This 30-day money back guarantee does not apply to our limited or exclusive flavors due to the limited nature of the products.

At The Spice Club we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that issues can arise. While we generally have a no refund policy, in the case of damaged products we will consider a refund on a case by case basis. The Spice Club offers free shipping on all orders over €50. The Starter Set always ships for free.

For orders under €50, a flat rate of €5.95 applies for shipping in the Netherlands. We ship our products via Post.nl, which normally delivers packages within 1 business day.

For orders in the Netherlands and Belgium placed on weekdays before 23:45, your order will be shipped immediately and will usually arrive the next day. For orders from other EU countries, delivery time varies from 2 to 8 working days, depending on the country.

Shipping costs depend on the country of destination. To view shipping costs to EU countries, select the desired country of delivery in your shopping cart, after which the shipping costs will be immediately visible.

The Spice Club currently only ships to Europe. If you would like to order more than 20 items outside of Europe, please email support@thespiceclub.nl.

The Spice Club uses post.nl for shipping within the Netherlands. For orders shipped to other countries, we use different carriers, depending on the size of the order and the destination. We always choose the best option to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.

We will send you a track & trace number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. From there you can follow the progress of your shipment step by step.

If your shipment is damaged or lost, please contact us as soon as possible via info@thespiceclub.nl. We will do everything we can to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
