If you're still not impressed, email us at info@thespiceclub.nl within 30 days of your online purchase to request your money back (including shipping costs, if applicable). We can only offer refunds for the first time you try a new flavor, and our refunds are limited to one delivery per person for online orders. This 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to our limited or exclusive flavors due to the limited nature of the products.

At The Spice Club we stand behind the quality of our products. However, we understand that problems can arise. Although we generally do not have a refund policy, in the case of damaged products, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order with a description of the problem and photographic evidence, and we will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
shipping & delivery
The Spice Club offers free shipping on all orders over €40. The Starter Set is always shipped free of charge.
For orders under €40, a flat rate of €4.95 applies for shipping in the Netherlands. We ship our products via Post.nl, which normally delivers packages within 1 working day.
For orders in the Netherlands and Belgium placed on working days before 23:45, your order will be shipped immediately and will usually arrive the next day. For orders from other EU countries, the delivery time varies from 2 to 8 working days, depending on the country.
The Spice Club currently only ships to Europe. If you want to order more than 20 products outside Europe, please send an email to support@thespiceclub.nl.
The Spice Club uses post.nl for shipping within the Netherlands. For orders shipped to other countries, we use different carriers depending on order size and destination. We always choose the best option to get your products to you as quickly and safely as possible.
We will send you a track & trace number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. From there you can follow the progress of your shipment step by step.
