Conditions and provisions for the competition

1. Promotion period:

  • The competition runs from June 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024.

2. Participants:

  • Participants must be 18 years or older and resident in the Netherlands or Belgium.
  • Every order placed on The Spice Club website during the promotion period gives you a chance to win the prize.

3. Participation:

  • There is no limit to the number of entries. More orders means more chances to win.
  • Only completed and paid orders are eligible for participation in the raffle.

4. Price:

  • The prize is a Le Creuset pan.
  • The value of the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Announcement of Winner:

  • The winner will be selected at random and announced on August 1, 2024.
  • The winner will be notified personally via the email address used when ordering.
  • If the winner does not respond to the notification within 7 days, The Spice Club reserves the right to select a new winner.

6. Privacy:
