Terms and Conditions for the Competition

1. Promotion period:

• The competition runs from June 1, 2024 to August 31, 2024.

2. Participants:

• Participants must be 18 years or older and live in the Netherlands or Belgium.
• Every order placed on The Spice Club's website during the promotional period gives a chance to win the raffle.

3. Participation:

• There is no limit to the number of participations. More orders means more chances to win.
• Only completed and paid orders are eligible to enter the raffle.

4. Price:

• The prize is a Le Creuset pan.
• The value of the prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Winner Announcement:

• The winner will be selected at random and announced on August 1, 2024.
• The winner will be notified personally via the email address used when placing the order.
• If the winner does not respond to notification within 7 days, The Spice Club reserves the right to select a new winner.

6.Privacy:

• By participating in the promotion, the participant consents to the processing of their personal data for administrative and marketing purposes in accordance with The Spice Club's privacy statement.

7. Liability:

• The Spice Club is not responsible for any technical problems or errors that may affect participation in the competition.
• The Spice Club reserves the right to cancel, change or end the promotion if this is necessary.
