ingredients

200 g Griekse yoghurt (of plantaardige yoghurt)
1 tl Berry Glow & Collagen superfood blend
1 tl honing of ahornsiroop
50 g gemengde bessen (in kleine stukjes)
Optioneel: 1 el gehakte noten of kokosvlokken

preparation

Meng de yoghurt met de Berry Glow & Collagen blend en honing in een kom.
Schep kleine hoopjes yoghurt op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat of gebruik siliconenvormpjes.
Verdeel de bessen en eventueel noten of kokos eroverheen.
Zet minstens 2 uur in de vriezer tot de bites stevig zijn.
