Hoe gebruik ik de mix in de airfryer?
Snijd 800g aardappels of patat. Meng in een kom met 2 eetlepels olijfolie en 1-2 eetlepels Aardappel & Patat Mix. Doe in de airfryer op 200°C voor 18-20 minuten, halverwege schudden. Klaar voor 4 personen.
Waarom geen kant-en-klare patatkruiden uit de supermarkt?
Veel supermarktversies bevatten 30-40% zout en smaakversterkers (E621). Onze mix is 100% pure kruiden. Zelfde smaak, geen zout. Je kunt zelf zouten naar wens als je dat wilt.
Past de Aardappel & Patat Mix bij een zoutarm dieet?
Ja, de mix bevat 0% toegevoegd zout. Geschikt voor mensen die op natriuminname moeten letten. Bijvoorbeeld bij hoge bloeddruk, hartklachten of nierproblemen. Zoutloos koken hoeft niet smakeloos te zijn.
Hoeveel zit er in een potje?
Onze potjes bevatten tot wel 3× zoveel als andere premium kruidenmixen uit de supermarkt. Geen goedkope vulstoffen, alleen 100% pure specerijen. Genoeg voor weken kookplezier, of je nu één keer per week kookt of dagelijks.
Is dit product vegan en glutenvrij?
Ja, volledig plantaardig en geen gluten. Wel produceren we in een fabriek waar ook gluten-bevattende producten worden verwerkt. Sporen kunnen niet 100% worden uitgesloten.
Wat zijn de voedingswaarden?
Per theelepel kom je uit op circa 5-10 kcal. Verwaarloosbaar in elk dagmenu. Onze mixen bestaan uit 100% pure kruiden en specerijen, zonder zout, suiker of goedkope opvulling. We vermelden geen volledige voedingswaardentabel omdat 100% natuurlijke producten per oogst variëren en daarom zijn vrijgesteld onder EU-verordening 1169/2011.
