ingredients

  • 200 g Griekse yoghurt (of plantaardige yoghurt)
  • 1 banaan, in plakjes
  • 100 g gemengde bessen (blauwe bessen, frambozen, aardbeien)
  • 1 tl Berry Glow & Collagen superfood blend
  • 1 tl honing of ahornsiroop (optioneel)
  • 1 el granola of gehakte noten

preparation

  • Roer de Berry Glow & Collagen blend door de yoghurt.
  • Schep de yoghurt in een kom en voeg de banaan en bessen toe.
  • Besprenkel met honing en top af met granola of noten.
  • Geniet direct van deze voedzame en heerlijke bowl!
