This Breakfast Banana Shake with oatmeal Is the perfect way to start your day calmly and energetically. With banana, oatmeal and the Shroom Calm & Balance Blend you get a nutritious boost without caffeine. Ideal as fast, filling breakfast for long -term energy and focus!

ingredients

  • 250 ml havermelk (of amandelmelk)
  • 1 rijpe banaan
  • 1 tl Shroom Calm & Balance
  • 2 el havermout
  • 1 tl pindakaas of amandelboter
  • 2 ontpitte dadels (optioneel)
  • Optioneel: 1 tl honing of ahornsiroop voor extra zoetheid
  • 4 ijsblokjes

preparation

  • Doe alle ingrediënten in een blender.
  • Blend op hoge snelheid tot een romige, gladde shake.
  • Schenk in een glas en geniet van deze vullende, rustgevende ontbijtshake!
