This Avocado & quinoa salad Is a nutritious power meal! The combination of protein -rich quinoa, creamy avocado and a fresh yogurt dressing with Greens Daily Vitality Provides long -term energy and supports your health. Ideal as a light lunch or healthy dinner!

ingredients

Ingredients (for 2 portions)

  • 100 g gekookte quinoa
  • 1 handje rucola of spinazie
  • 1/2 komkommer, in dunne plakjes
  • 1 avocado, in blokjes
  • 1 el zonnebloempitten

Creamy avocado dressing:

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 el Griekse yoghurt of kokosyoghurt
  • 1 el limoensap
  • 1 el olijfolie
  • 1 tl Greens Daily Vitality
  • 1 tl honing of ahornsiroop

preparation

  • Blend alle dressing-ingrediënten tot een romige saus.
  • Meng de quinoa, rucola, komkommer en avocado in een kom.
  • Besprenkel met de dressing en strooi zonnebloempitten erover.
  • Serveer direct en geniet!
