250 ml amandelmelk (of een mix van appelsap en water)
1 rijpe banaan
1/4 avocado voor extra romigheid
1 handje spinazie
1 tl Matcha Mind & Focus
1 tl honing of ahornsiroop (optioneel)
Sap van 1/2 citroen (voor extra frisheid)
4 ijsblokjes (plus meer water naar wens voor de juiste consistentie)
Optioneel: 1/2 groene appel, in stukjes
