This Matcha Morning Shake Is the perfect combination of creamy, nutritious and energetic! With banana, oatmeal and the Matcha Mind & Focus Blend provides this shake for a long -term energy boost and helps improve your concentration. Ideal for breakfast or pre-workout drink!

ingredients

  • 250 ml havermelk (of amandelmelk)
  • 1 rijpe banaan
  • 1 tl Matcha Mind & Focus
  • 2 el havermout (voor extra vezels en vulling)
  • 1 tl honing of ahornsiroop (optioneel)
  • 1/2 tl vanille-extract (optioneel)
  • 4 ijsblokjes

preparation

  • Doe alle ingrediënten in een blender.
  • Blend op hoge snelheid tot een romige, gladde shake.
  • Schenk in een glas en geniet direct van deze voedzame matcha-boost!
