This Matcha Chia Pudding with Berries Is a perfect combination of energy and antioxidants. The Matcha Mind & Focus Blend helps to improve your concentration, while the berries and chia seeds ensure fiber and healthy fats. A delicious and nutritious breakfast or snack!

ingredients

  • 250 ml amandelmelk (of kokosyoghurt verdund met water)
  • 1 tl Matcha Mind & Focus
  • 3 el chiazaad
  • 1 tl honing of ahornsiroop (optioneel)
  • 1/2 tl vanille-extract (optioneel)

Optional:

  • 50 g gemengde bessen (blauwe bessen, frambozen, aardbeien)
  • 1 el kokosvlokken
  • 1 el gehakte noten (optioneel)

Optional for creamy white topping layer

  • Kokosyoghurt – Volle, romige kokosyoghurt voor een zachte smaak.
  • Griekse yoghurt – Romig en licht zuur, perfect als contrast met matcha.

preparation

  • Meng de amandelmelk, Matcha Mind & Focus, honing en vanille in een kom of potje.
  • Roer het chiazaad erdoor en laat 5 minuten staan. Roer nogmaals om klontjes te voorkomen.
  • Dek af en zet minstens 4 uur (of een nacht) in de koelkast om op te stijven.
  • Roer de volgende ochtend door en voeg toppings toe zoals bessen, kokosvlokken en noten.
  • Geniet direct van deze romige, voedzame chia pudding!
