This Shroom Overnight OATS Are perfect for a relaxed and nutritious breakfast! With oatmeal, chia seed and the Shroom Calm & Balance Blend you support your body with adaptogens and fiber. Easy to make in advance and ideal for a stress -free morning!

ingredients

  • 50 g havermout
  • 200 ml havermelk (of amandelmelk)
  • 1 tl Shroom Calm & Balance
  • 1 tl honing of ahornsiroop (optioneel)
  • 1 tl chiazaad (voor extra vezels)

Optional toppings:

  • Plakjes banaan
  • Cacao nibs of pure chocolade
  • Pindakaas of amandelboter
  • Kokosvlokken

preparation

  • Meng de havermout, havermelk, Shroom Calm & Balance, honing en chiazaad in een (afsluitbaar) potje.
  • Roer goed door en zet het minstens 4 uur (of een nacht) in de koelkast.
  • Roer de volgende ochtend nog een keer door en voeg je favoriete toppings toe.
  • Geniet direct van deze romige, rustgevende overnight oats!
