- 3 chicken fillets (about 400 g)
- 1 onion
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp honey
- 300 g brown rice
- 300g frozen peas & carrots
- Olive oil (for frying)

preparation
Step 1: Cook the Rice
- Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Preparing Chicken and Vegetables
- Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.
Step 3: Season the Chicken
- Mix the chopped chicken, onion and 3 tablespoons of The Spice Club Chicken seasoning mix in a large bowl.
- Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces until done.
- Add the chopped garlic and fry for another 1 minute.
Step 4: Prepare the Sauce
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey and 1 teaspoon The Spice Club Chicken seasoning mix. Stir well.
- Pour the sauce mixture into the frying pan with the onions and garlic. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5: Cooking Vegetables
- Prepare a separate pan of water and cook the 300 g frozen peas & carrots according to the package.
Step 8: Mixing
- In the skillet, combine the fried chicken, cooked vegetables, sauce and cooked rice. Stir everything well.
Step 9: Garnish and Serve
- Garnish the dish with THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor and crunch.
