This recipe for Honey Garlic Chicken is a delicious and simple meal packed with flavor. Juicy chicken pieces are fried in a delicious sauce of honey, garlic and The Spice Club Chicken herbs, served with brown rice and vegetables. 4 persons

  • 3 chicken fillets (about 400 g)
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 300 g brown rice
  • 300g frozen peas & carrots
  • Olive oil (for frying)
  • 4 tsp Spice Club Chicken ·PURCHASE🛍️

Step 1: Cook the Rice

  • Cook the brown rice according to the instructions on the package. Drain and set aside.

Step 2: Preparing Chicken and Vegetables

  • Cut the chicken fillets into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop the onion and finely chop the garlic.

Step 3: Season the Chicken

  • Mix the chopped chicken, onion and 3 tablespoons of The Spice Club Chicken seasoning mix in a large bowl.
  • Heat some olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Fry the chicken pieces until done.
  • Add the chopped garlic and fry for another 1 minute.

Step 4: Prepare the Sauce

  • In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, honey and 1 teaspoon The Spice Club Chicken seasoning mix. Stir well.
  • Pour the sauce mixture into the frying pan with the onions and garlic. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 5: Cooking Vegetables

  • Prepare a separate pan of water and cook the 300 g frozen peas & carrots according to the package.

Step 8: Mixing

  • In the skillet, combine the fried chicken, cooked vegetables, sauce and cooked rice. Stir everything well.

Step 9: Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish the dish with THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor and crunch.
