Roasted Chicken with Cabbage (Keto-Friendly)

Enjoy a tasty Skillet Roasted Chicken with green cabbage, perfectly seasoned with The Spice Club Chicken spice mix. A simple and healthy recipe for a delicious meal!

ingredients

4 persons

  • 1 green cabbage, cut into thin strips
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 large chicken wings
  • 2-3 tablespoons The Spice Club Chicken spice mix
  • The spice club topping (for garnish)
  • 1 Lime and coriander (optional for garnish)

preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees
  2. Add shredded cabbage to a large baking dish
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  4. Place the chicken on top of the cabbage mixture. Coat the chicken generously with herbs and place in the oven.
  5. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Divide the chicken and cabbage among 4 plates and garnish with the spice club topping
