Delicious roasted sweet potatoes, seasoned with The Spice Club Potato spice mix and extra virgin olive oil. Perfect as a side dish for any meal.

900 g sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 3.8 cm pieces
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
4 teaspoons The Spice Club Potato spice mix
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1: Heat the Oven
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2: Prepare the Sweet Potatoes
Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into pieces of about 4 cm.
Place the pieces in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3: Add Olive Oil and Spices
Add the extra virgin olive oil to the bowl with the sweet potatoes.
Sprinkle with The Spice Club Potato spice mix.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything together well so that the potato pieces are evenly coated with oil and spices.
Step 4: Roast the Sweet Potatoes
Place the seasoned sweet potatoes in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Roast the potatoes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through. Turn the potatoes halfway through the baking time for even cooking.
Step 5: Serve
Remove the roasted sweet potatoes from the oven and let them cool briefly.
Serve the potatoes warm as a side dish with your favorite meal.
