Frisse kip noodle salade met glasnoedels, kruidig kipgehakt, paprika en basilicum. Op smaak gebracht met The Spice Club Chicken Curry mix – een snelle, gezonde en smaakvolle maaltijd!

4 people

  • 340 g glasnoedels
  • 6 el sojasaus (natriumarm)
  • 2 el rijstazijn
  • 2 el lichte basterdsuiker (optioneel)
  • Zwarte peper naar smaak
  • 3 el geroosterde sesamolie
  • 1 el knoflook, fijngehakt
  • 1 el gember, fijngehakt
  • 450 g kipgehakt
  • ½ cup bosui, gehakt (ca. 4–5 stuks)
  • 4 tl The Spice Club Chicken Curry mix
  • 1 rode of gele paprika, in dunne reepjes
  • 15 g verse basilicum, grof gehakt

preparation

Noedels bereiden
Kook de glasnoedels volgens de verpakking. Giet af, spoel met koud water en laat uitlekken.

Saus maken
Meng in een kom de sojasaus, rijstazijn, basterdsuiker (indien gebruikt), een snuf peper en de sesamolie.

Kip bakken
Verhit een pan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg het kipgehakt toe en bak rul in 5–6 minuten. Voeg knoflook, gember, bosui en de Chicken Curry mix toe en bak nog 2 minuten mee.

Salade mengen
Doe de glasnoedels in een grote kom. Voeg de gebakken kip, paprika en de dressing toe. Meng goed door.

Serveren
Werk af met verse basilicum. Serveer lauwwarm of koud.
