Enjoy delicious Beef Kofta Kebabs with homemade tzatziki, perfect for a summer barbecue or a festive dinner. This tasty dish combines tender beef kebabs with fresh ingredients such as cucumber, tomato and feta, served with warmed pita bread. Easy to prepare and full of flavor!

For the Kofta Kebabs:
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 900 grams of minced beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 teaspoons The Spice Club Maroc spice mix
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 metal or wooden skewers (note: if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before use)
For serving (optional):
bunch of parsley
- 115 grams feta, crumbled
- 240 grams of hummus
- 240 g tzatziki
- 1 cucumber, diced
- 2 roma tomatoes, sliced
- 1 red onion, thinly sliced
- Extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling
- Pita bread, heated
preparation
Step 1: Preparing the Kofta Kebabs
- In a large bowl, mix the grated onion, minced beef, garlic, The Spice Club Maroc spice mix, salt and pepper.
- Knead the mixture well until all ingredients are well mixed.
- Divide the minced meat mixture into 8 equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer, pressing the minced meat firmly.
Step 2: Grilling the Kofta Kebabs
- Preheat the grill or barbecue over medium heat.
- Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for about 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until cooked through and nicely browned.
Step 3: Serving the Kofta Kebabs
- Place the kebabs on a serving platter.
- Serve with flat-leaf parsley, crumbled feta, hummus, tzatziki, cucumber cubes, tomato slices, thinly sliced red onion and warmed pita bread.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil for extra flavor.
