Step 1: Prepare and bake cauliflower

  • Verwarm je oven voor op 200°C en bekleed een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  • Snijd de bloemkool in hapklare roosjes.
  • Meng in een grote kom de bloem, THE SPICE CLUB POTATO kruidenmix en havermelk tot een beslag.
  • Verkruimel de cornflakes en doe ze in een aparte kom.
  • Dompel elk bloemkoolroosje in de melk en rol het vervolgens door de cornflakekruimels tot het goed bedekt is. Leg de bedekte roosjes op de voorbereide bakplaat. Bak ze gedurende 20 minuten.

Step 2: Dip

  • Terwijl de nuggets in de oven staan, maak je de dip.
  • In een kom, meng de Griekse yoghurt, 1 theelepel THE SPICE CLUB POTATO kruidenmix, fijngehakte knoflook en de hete saus naar smaak.

Step 3: Serve

  • Serveer de bloemkoolnuggets met de zelfgemaakte dip.
