Cauliflower Nuggets


Discover an easy recipe for delicious cauliflower nuggets, perfect as a healthier snack. Crispy and tasty!

  • 1 cauliflower
  • 120 g flour
  • 2 teaspoons THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix
  • 240 ml oat milk
  • 50g cornflakes
  • 120 ml Greek yoghurt
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 30 ml hot sauce (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste


STEP 1: Prepare and Bake Cauliflower

  • Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets.
  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, 1 teaspoon THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix and oat milk into a batter.
  • Crumble the corn flakes and place them in a separate bowl.
  • Dip each cauliflower floret in the milk and then roll it in the cornflake crumbs until well coated. Place the covered florets on the prepared baking sheet. Bake them for 20 minutes.

STEP 2: Make Dip

  • While the nuggets are in the oven, make the dip.
  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix, minced garlic and the hot sauce to taste.

STEP 3: Serve

  • Serve the cauliflower nuggets with the homemade dip.
