Try this delicious pizza from Naanbrood with chicken tikka masala, mozzarella and fresh coriander. A fast and tasteful meal full of Indian influences!

  • 4 stuks naanbrood
  • 300 g kipfilet
  • 4 el The Spice Club Tikka Masala mix
  • 200 ml kokosmelk (klein pakje)
  • 4 el tomatenpuree
  • 100 g mozzarella, geraspt
  • 1 paprika, in reepjes gesneden
  • 2 el olijfolie
  • ½ rode ui, in dunne ringen
  • Verse koriander, voor garnering

preparation

Step 1: Prepare chicken

  • Snijd de kipfilet in stukjes. Verhit de olijfolie in een pan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Voeg de kipstukjes toe en bak ze rondom goudbruin.
  • Strooi 2 el The Spice Club Tikka Masala mix over de kip en giet de kokosmelk erbij. Laat de saus 10-15 minuten zachtjes pruttelen totdat de kip gaar is en de saus volledig is ingedikt. Zet apart.

Step 2: Prepare Naanbrood

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C.
  • Leg het naanbrood op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat. Bestrijk elk naanbrood met 1 el tomatenpuree.

Step 3: Investing

  • Verdeel de kip met de tikka masala saus over de naanbroden.
  • Leg de reepjes paprika en rode ui erop.
  • Strooi de geraspte mozzarella over de kip.

Step 4: Baking

  • Plaats de naanpizza's in de voorverwarmde oven en bak gedurende 10-12 minuten tot de kaas gesmolten is en de randen van het naanbrood knapperig zijn.

Step 5: Garnish and serve

  • Haal de pizza's uit de oven en garneer met verse koriander.
  • Serveer direct en geniet van deze heerlijke tikka masala pizza!
