1-Pan Lasagna

4 persons

  • 1 pack of Lasagna sheets
  • 300gr Minced meat
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 large Onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 1 cup Mushrooms
  • 400-500ml marinara sauce or canned tomatoes
  • 4 tsp The Spice Club Italian
  • 1 ball of Mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese (to taste)

Step 1: Baking the Minced Meat and Vegetables

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat and add the minced meat.
  • Fry the minced meat together with the finely chopped garlic, onion, zucchini and mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  • Stir occasionally to brown the ground beef evenly and soften the vegetables.

Step 2: Preparing the Sauce and Lasagna

  • Add the marinara sauce and Italian herbs to the pan. Stir well to mix all ingredients.
  • Break the lasagna sheets into small pieces and add them to the sauce, making sure they are completely submerged.
  • Cover the pan and let the dish simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • If the sauce becomes too thick, you can add a little water to achieve the desired consistency.

Step 3: Adding Cheese

  • Add spoonfuls of ricotta cheese to the dish and sprinkle with grated mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Let it cook for a few more minutes until the cheese melts and forms a delicious crust.

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish the dish with The Spice Club Topping, if you wish. Serve it warm and enjoy this tasty one-pan lasagna!
