Healthier KFC Wrap


These crispy chicken wraps are a delicious and quick meal option that's perfect for the whole family. With crunchy cornflakes and the taste of The Spice Club Chicken, these wraps are sure to please. They are served with a creamy sauce and fresh vegetables for a tasty experience. Follow the steps below to prepare this simple recipe.

  • 400 g chicken fillet
  • 100 g cornflakes, crumbled
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 flatbreads or tortillas
  • 1 tbsp light or fat-free mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp low-fat Greek yogurt
  • Lettuce (optional)
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 4 tomatoes
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 tsp Spice Club Chicken ·PURCHASE🛍️
  • The Spice Club Topping (Optional for garnish) ·PURCHASE🛍️


STEP 1:Preheating

  • Preheat your oven or air fryer to 200°C.
  • Line a baking tray with baking paper.

STEP 2:Preparing Chicken

  • Cut the 400 g chicken fillet into 4 equal portions.
  • Crumble the cornflakes.

STEP 3:Bread the chicken

  • In a shallow bowl, mix the crumbled corn flakes with THE SPICE CLUB CHICKEN spices.
  • Dip each piece of chicken into the beaten eggs, then top with the seasoned crumbled cornflakes. Press firmly to ensure they stick.

STEP 4:Bake the chicken

  • Place the covered chicken pieces on the prepared baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven or air fryer for 15-20 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown.

STEP 5:Creamy Sauce

  • While the chicken is baking, combine the mayonnaise with the lemon juice, low-fat Greek yogurt, and THE SPICE CLUB CHICKEN seasonings in a small bowl to make the sauce.

STEP 6:Prepare the Wraps

  • Heat the 4 flatbreads or mini tortillas according to the instructions on the package.
  • Top the wraps with tomato slices, cucumber slices, a layer of lettuce, a piece of fried chicken and a tablespoon of the creamy sauce.
  • Fold the flatbreads or tortillas.

STEP 7:Garnish

  • Garnish the wraps with THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor and crunch.
