This easy recipe for Creamy Chicken Pasta with Bacon and Jalapeño is perfect for beginners in the kitchen. It combines the delicious flavors of crispy bacon, tender chicken and a creamy sauce with a spicy kick of jalapeño. Follow these step-by-step instructions to prepare this tasty dish.

  • 200 grams of whole wheat pasta
  • 200 grams of bacon
  • 2 chicken fillets
  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 120 grams of light cream cheese
  • 120 ml skimmed milk
  • Pickled jalapeño pieces
  • Juice of the jalapeño (to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons of honey

STEP 1: Cooking Pasta

  • Start by cooking 200 grams of whole wheat pasta according to the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta and set it aside.

STEP 2: Fry the bacon

  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the crispy bacon from the pan and set it aside.

STEP 3: Prepare chicken

  • Cut the chicken fillets into slices.
  • Marinate the chicken with 2 teaspoons of The Spice Club Chicken seasoning.
  • Cook the seasoned chicken breast in the bacon fat over medium heat until fully cooked, about 5-6 minutes. Set the cooked chicken aside.

STEP 4: Make Creamy Sauce

  • Add 200 grams of cottage cheese, 120 grams of light cream cheese and 120 ml of skimmed milk to a blender.
  • Blend the ingredients for 30 seconds to 1 minute until you have a smooth sauce.

STEP 5: Add Sauce to Pasta

  • Pour the creamy sauce over the cooked pasta and stir well. Heat the pasta and sauce for a few minutes on low heat.

STEP 6: Spicy Jalapeño Flavor

  • Add jalapeño pieces to the sauce, along with jalapeño juice to taste.
  • Also add 2 tablespoons of honey to the sauce and stir well.

STEP 7: Add Chicken and Bacon

  • Add the cooked pieces of chicken fillet to the sauce and mix them well with the pasta.
  • Crumble the crispy bacon on top of the dish for extra flavor.

STEP 8: Garnish and Enjoy
