Step 1: Preheat the oven and prepare pumpkin

  • Begin met het voorverwarmen van de oven op 200°C.
  • Schil de pompoen en snijd hem in blokjes van 1 cm.
  • Leg de pompoenblokjes op een bakplaat en besprenkel met olijfolie.
  • Strooi THE SPICE CLUB POTATO kruidenmix over de pompoen.
  • Hussel goed zodat de pompoen gelijkmatig bedekt is.
  • Plaats de bakplaat in de oven en rooster gedurende ongeveer 20 minuten.

Step 2: Cooking pasta

  • Kook de volkoren pasta volgens de instructies op de verpakking.

Step 3: Prepare garlic and sage

  • Verhit in een pan op middelhoog vuur een scheutje olijfolie.
  • Hak de knoflook fijn en voeg het toe aan de pan, bak tot het geurig is.

Step 4: Mix everything together

  • Voeg de geroosterde pompoen, gekookte pasta en verkruimelde feta toe aan de pan met knoflook.
  • Meng alles goed door elkaar en voeg indien nodig een beetje van het bewaarde pastawater toe om de saus losser te maken.

Step 5: Serve

  • Verdeel de pasta over vier borden.
  • Garneer met eventueel wat THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING voor extra smaak.
