Pumpkin Feta Pasta


Try our Pumpkin and Feta Pasta - a delicious dish packed with flavor and easy to make, perfect for weeknight meals.


4 persons

  • 300 g whole wheat pasta
  • 1/2 small pumpkin
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste


STEP 1: Preheat oven and Prepare Pumpkin

  • Start by preheating the oven to 200°C.
  • Peel the pumpkin and cut it into 1 cm cubes.
  • Place the pumpkin cubes on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil.
  • Sprinkle 2 teaspoons of THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix over the pumpkin.
  • Toss well so that the pumpkin is evenly coated.
  • Place the baking tray in the oven and roast for about 20 minutes.

STEP 2: Cooking Pasta

  • Cook the whole wheat pasta according to the instructions on the package.

STEP 3: Prepare Garlic and Sage

  • Heat a dash of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan, fry until fragrant.

STEP 4: Mix Everything Together

  • Add the roasted pumpkin, cooked pasta and crumbled feta to the pan with garlic.
  • Mix everything well and add a little of the reserved pasta water if necessary to loosen the sauce.

STEP 5: Serve

  • Divide the pasta among four plates.
  • Garnish with some THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor.
