These loaded sweet potato fries with chorizo and chicken are a tasty treat for weekdays. Crispy sweet potato fries are overloaded with savory chorizo, tender chicken and a creamy sauce. Perfect to enjoy when you have little time, but still want to put something healthy and delicious on the table.

Step 1: Preheat the oven:

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C.
  • Snijd de zoete aardappelen in frietjes.
  • Leg ze op een bakplaat, besprenkel met olijfolie en bestrooi met THE SPICE CLUB Potato kruidenmix.
  • Rooster in de oven voor ongeveer 25-30 minuten, of tot ze knapperig zijn.

Step 2: Bake the chorizo and chicken fillet:

  • Bak de chorizo en kipfilet in een koekenpan op middelhoog vuur tot ze goudbruin en gaar zijn.
  • Voeg vervolgens de zwarte bonen en rode paprika toe en bak nog 2-3 minuten.

Step 3: Make the creamy sauce:

  • Meng Griekse yoghurt met sriracha en een theelepel THE SPICE CLUB Potato kruidenmix.

Step 4: Merging and serving:

  • Verdeel de geraspte kaas en daarna het chorizo-kipmengsel over de frietjes.
  • Top met een lepel saus, lente-uitjes en eventueel wat verse koriander.
  • De warmte van de frietjes en het chorizo-kipmengsel zal de kaas doen smelten.

Step 5: Serve immediately
