Smashed "BIG MAC" Tacos


Make your taco night at home even better with these homemade Smash Burger Tacos! With the help of THE SPICE CLUB MEXICAN spice mix, you can prepare tasty tacos in no time.

Step 1: Prepare the 'Big Mac' sauce

  • Mix mayonnaise, ketchup and mustard in a bowl and set aside.
  • Prepare the iceberg lettuce and pickles for serving.

Step 2: Prepare the Seasoned Ground Beef

  • Mix the minced beef with 2 tablespoons of THE SPICE CLUB MEXICAN spice mix.
  • Spread a thin layer of this seasoned minced meat over the tortillas.

Step 3: Bake the Tacos

  • Heat a pan on the stove and add a little oil.
  • Place a tortilla flesh side down in the pan.
  • Gently flatten the tortilla with a flat object, such as the bottom of a saucepan.
  • Let this sit for 1-2 minutes and then turn the tortilla over.
  • Place two slices of cheese on the meat and cover the pan to let the cheese melt.
  • Remove the taco from the pan and repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
  • To keep the tacos warm and prevent them from getting soggy, place them on a rack in the oven at 120°C/240°F.
