  • 350g couscous
  • 4 tl The Spice Club couscous mix
  • 2 el olijfolie
  • 1 kleine sjalot, fijngehakt
  • 120 ml extra vierge olijfolie
  • 2 el vers citroensap (meer naar smaak)
  • 1 komkommer, ongeschild en fijngehakt
  • 3 kopjes cherrytomaten, gehalveerd
  • Bosje verse platte peterselie, fijngehakt
  • Bosje verse munt, fijngehakt

preparation

Step 1: Prepare the couscous

  • Kook de Couscous volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking
  • Roer de couscous los met een vork en zet apart.

Step 2: Make the dressing

  • Meng in een kom de fijngehakte sjalot, 120 ml olijfolie, 2 el citroensap en The Spice Club couscous mix. Roer goed door en zet apart.

Step 3: Prepare the vegetables

  • Voeg de gehakte komkommer, gehalveerde cherrytomaten, peterselie en munt toe aan de couscous. Giet de dressing erover en meng alles goed door elkaar.

Step 4: Serve

  • Proef en voeg naar smaak extra citroensap, zout of peper toe. Serveer op kamertemperatuur of gekoeld.
