Enjoy this delicious pasta casserole with juicy minced chicken, crispy broccoli and creamy sauce. Easy to make and perfect for busy weeknights. With the addition of The Spice Club Chicken spice mix, this dish gets a delicious flavor boost!

  • 250 grams of pasta (for example penne or fusilli)
  • 300 grams of minced chicken
  • 300 grams broccoli (in small florets)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons herb cream cheese
  • 75 ml cooking cream
  • 4 tsp Spice Club Chicken· ORDER 🛍️
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated cheese for topping


Step 1: Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius and grease an oven dish with some oil or butter.
  • Cook the broccoli florets in a pan of boiling water for 5 minutes until they are al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package until al dente. Drain and also set aside.

Step 2: Preparing the Chicken Mixture

  • Heat a dash of oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and fry until translucent.
  • Add the minced chicken to the pan and fry until loose and golden brown.
  • Mix the cooked broccoli and pasta with the minced chicken in the pan.

Step 3: Adding Sauce and Herbs

  • Add the herb cream cheese, cooking cream and The Spice Club Chicken spice mix to the mixture. Stir everything well and let it simmer briefly over low heat.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 4: Assembling the Oven Dish

  • Spoon the pasta-chicken mixture into the greased baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Sprinkle the top generously with grated cheese.

Step 5: Baking and Serving

  • Bake the pasta casserole in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown and crispy.
  • Remove from the oven and let cool briefly before serving. Enjoy it!
