These delicious and spicy chicken meatballs are a tasty treat that is perfect as a snack or as part of a meal. With a mix of spicy jalapenõs, cheddar cheese and the flavor of The Spice Club Chicken, these meatballs are easy to prepare in the air fryer or oven. Follow the steps below for a delicious flavor explosion!
ingredients

- 500g chicken fillets
- 1 red onion
- 2 jalapeños
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 egg
- 100g cheddar cheese
- Olive oil
- 4 tsp Spice Club Chicken ·PURCHASE🛍️
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the healthy Greek yogurt dip:
- 200g Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 t sriracha sauce (or to taste)
- 1 tsp Spice Club Chicken ·PURCHASE🛍️

preparation
STEP 1:Preheating
- Preheat the air fryer or oven to 190°C.
STEP 2:Minced chicken mixture
- Cut the chicken fillets into small cubes.
- Chop the red onion, jalapeños and finely chop the garlic.
- In a food processor, blender or Magic Bullet, combine the diced chicken, jalapeños, red onion, garlic, egg, grated cheddar cheese and 4 teaspoons THE SPICE CLUB CHICKEN seasoning.
- Pulse until the mixture is well combined.
STEP 3:Shapes of Meatballs
- Form the chicken mixture into 16 meatballs, about the size of a golf ball.
STEP 4:Healthy Greek Yogurt Dip
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon of sriracha sauce and 1 teaspoon of THE SPICE CLUB CHICKEN herbs.
- Stir well and set the dip aside.
STEP 5:Baking
- Lightly grease the basket of the air fryer with olive oil.
- Place the meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to fry the meatballs in batches.
- Bake the meatballs in the preheated air fryer or oven for 12-15 minutes, or until completely cooked and golden brown.
STEP 6:To serve
- Serve the spicy chicken meatballs immediately with the healthy Greek yogurt dip.
- Enjoy the delicious taste and spicy kick!
