Makkelijke en frisse eiersalade sandwich met Griekse yoghurt, dille en The Spice Club Topping. Romig, gezond en ideaal voor een snelle lunch of picknick!

4 people

  • 8 eieren
  • 4 tl The Spice Club Topping
  • 1 el olijfolie
  • 80 g volle Griekse yoghurt
  • 2 el verse dille, fijngehakt
  • 8 sneetjes (volkoren) brood (geroosterd)

Extra lekker met wat verse komkommer- of radijsplakjes tussen de broodjes.

preparation

Eieren koken
Breng een pan water aan de kook. Voeg de eieren toe en kook 9–10 minuten hard. Laat schrikken in koud water en pel ze.

Eiersalade maken
Hak de eieren grof. Meng in een kom The Spice Club Topping, olijfolie, Griekse yoghurt en dille. Voeg de eieren toe en roer door tot een romige salade.

Sandwich samenstellen
Beleg 4 sneetjes brood met de eiersalade en dek af met de overige sneetjes brood. Snijd diagonaal door en serveer direct.
