Try this easy recipe for crispy cod and homemade fries with a tasty sauce. The fish is coated with a crispy breadcrumb mixture seasoned with The Spice Club Fish seasoning, while the fries are sprinkled with The Spice Club Potato seasoning for extra flavor.

4 cod fillets
4 large potatoes
50g breadcrumbs / panko
4 tsp The Spice Club Fish
2 tsp The Spice Club Potato seasoning (optional for the potatoes)
1 egg
20g mustard
Fat-free Greek yogurt (150g)
Sliced pickles (50g)
Lemon juice (from 1 lemon)

STEP 1: Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Potato Fries
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Cut the potatoes into fries and place them on a baking tray.
Sprinkle 10g of The Spice Club Potato seasoning over the fries.
Bake the fries in the preheated oven for 25 minutes.
STEP 2: Prepare the Breadcrumb Mixture and the Egg Mixture
Mix 50g bread crumbs with The Spice Club Fish seasoning in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the whole egg and 10g mustard.
STEP 3: Prepare the Cod
Dip each cod fillet in the egg mixture and cover with the breadcrumb mixture.
Place the breaded fish fillets on a baking sheet.
STEP 4: Fry the Fish and Make the Sauce
Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 5: Prepare the Sauce
While the fish and fries are baking, prepare the sauce by mixing mustard, fat-free Greek yogurt, sliced pickles, and a squeeze of lemon juice in a bowl.
STEP 6: Serve and Garnish
Serve the crispy cod and homemade fries with the sauce on the side.
