200g cream cheese
2 cloves of green garlic
240 ml oat milk or almond milk
2 tablespoons The Spice Club Green Goddess
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of half a lemon

STEP 1: Preparing the dip
Add 200 g vegan cream cheese, sliced green garlic, 240 ml oat milk or almond milk, 2 tablespoons The Spice Club Green Goddess (nutritional yeast) and the juice of half a lemon to a blender.
STEP 2: Mix until Smooth
Blend all ingredients into a smooth sauce. Add additional milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
STEP 3: Adjust taste
Taste the sauce and add salt, pepper or extra lemon juice to taste if necessary. Blend again to thoroughly combine all the flavors.
STEP 4: Rest and Garnish
Pour the sauce into a jar or bowl and let it rest for a while to let the flavors develop.
