Try this delicious vegan cheese sauce with a hint of The Spice Club Green Goddess. Perfect as a dip or for your favorite dishes!

- 200g cream cheese
- 2 cloves of green garlic
- 240 ml oat milk or almond milk
- 2 tablespoons The Spice Club Green Goddess
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of half a lemon
- THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING (optional for garnish)
preparation
STEP 1: Preparing the dip
- Add 200 g vegan cream cheese, sliced green garlic, 240 ml oat milk or almond milk, 2 tablespoons The Spice Club Green Goddess (nutritional yeast) and the juice of half a lemon to a blender.
STEP 2: Mix until Smooth
- Blend all ingredients into a smooth sauce. Add additional milk if necessary to achieve desired consistency.
STEP 3: Adjust taste
- Taste the sauce and add salt, pepper or extra lemon juice to taste if necessary. Blend again to thoroughly combine all the flavors.
STEP 4: Rest and Garnish
- Pour the sauce into a jar or bowl and let it rest for a while to let the flavors develop.
- Garnish with THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor and crunch.
