Taste the delicious Green Goddess salad with burrata, garnished with The Spice Club Green Goddess Dressing and crispy topping!

Step 1: Make the dressing

  • Doe de The Spice Club Green Goddess, sap van een halve citroen, scheutje olijfolie, 15 ml rijstazijn, 2 teentjes gepelde knoflook, 1 gepelde sjalot, een handvol basilicumblaadjes, een handvol verse spinazie en 60 gr walnoten in een blender of keukenmachine.
  • Mix alles tot je een gladde dressing krijgt. Voeg eventueel peper en zout naar smaak toe.

Step 2: Prepare the salad

  • Hak 1 krop ijsbergsla, komkommer, bieslook en lent-ui in kleine stukjes
  • Doe gehakte sla, komkommer, gesneden lente-uitjes en fijngehakte bieslook in een kom en meng goed.

Step 3: Mix the dressing

  • Giet de dressing over de salade in de kom en meng goed.

Step 4: Serve with burrata (optional)

  • Verdeel de salade over kommen en leg de burrata kaasbol bovenop de salade.

Garnish each portion with 2 tablespoons The Spice Club Topping for extra crunch and taste. Enjoy your meal!
