Green Goddess Salad


Taste the delicious Green Goddess salad with burrata, topped with The Spice Club Green Goddess dressing and crispy topping!

  • 1 lemon
  • Olive oil
  • 15 ml rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 shallot
  • A handful of basil leaves
  • A handful of fresh spinach
  • 60 g walnuts
  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 spring onions
  • Fresh chives
  • 1 burrata ball (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING (for garnish)
  • salt and pepper to taste


STEP 1: Make the Dressing

  • Place the The Spice Club Green Goddess, juice of half a lemon, a dash of olive oil, 15 ml rice vinegar, 2 cloves of peeled garlic, 1 peeled shallot, a handful of basil leaves, a handful of fresh spinach and 60 g of walnuts in a blender or food processor.
  • Mix everything until you get a smooth dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste if necessary.

STEP 2: Prepare the Salad

  • Chop 1 head of iceberg lettuce, cucumber, chives and spring onion into small pieces
  • Place chopped lettuce, cucumber, sliced ​​spring onions and chopped chives in a bowl and mix well.

STEP 3: Mix the Dressing

  • Pour the dressing over the salad in the bowl and mix well.

STEP 4: Serve with Burrata (optional)

  • Divide the salad among bowls and place the burrata cheese ball on top of the salad.
