Taste the delicious Green Goddess salad with burrata, topped with The Spice Club Green Goddess dressing and crispy topping!
ingredients
4 persons
2 tablespoons THE SPICE CLUB GREEN GODDESS
1 lemon
Olive oil
15 ml rice vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
1 shallot
A handful of basil leaves
A handful of fresh spinach
60 g walnuts
1 head of iceberg lettuce
1 cucumber
2 spring onions
Fresh chives
1 burrata ball (optional)
2 tablespoons THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING (for garnish)
salt and pepper to taste
preparation
STEP 1: Make the Dressing
Place the The Spice Club Green Goddess, juice of half a lemon, a dash of olive oil, 15 ml rice vinegar, 2 cloves of peeled garlic, 1 peeled shallot, a handful of basil leaves, a handful of fresh spinach and 60 g of walnuts in a blender or food processor.
Mix everything until you get a smooth dressing. Add salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
STEP 2: Prepare the Salad
Chop 1 head of iceberg lettuce, cucumber, chives and spring onion into small pieces
Place chopped lettuce, cucumber, sliced spring onions and chopped chives in a bowl and mix well.
STEP 3: Mix the Dressing
Pour the dressing over the salad in the bowl and mix well.
STEP 4: Serve with Burrata (optional)
Divide the salad among bowls and place the burrata cheese ball on top of the salad.
Garnish each serving with 2 tablespoons of THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra crunch and flavor. Enjoy your meal!
