Try these tasteful grilled chicken satés with a wonderfully sticky glaze. Easy to make, perfect for an easy & healthy weekday meal

Step 1: Cut chicken

  • Snijd 500 g kippendijen in hapklare stukjes.

Step 2: Cooking rice (optional)

  • Indien gewenst, kook rijst volgens de instructies op de verpakking.

Step 3: Make marinade

  • Meng in een kom 3 eetlepels sojasaus, 1 eetlepel rijstazijn, 2 eetlepels honing, sap van 1 limoen en THE SPICE CLUB MAROC kruidenmix.
  • Zorg ervoor dat de marinade goed gemengd is en bewaar een beetje om de rijst mee te bakken.

Step 4: Marinate chicken

  • Doe de gesneden kipstukjes in de marinade en zorg ervoor dat ze goed bedekt zijn.
  • Marineer de kip minstens 15 minuten voor maximale smaak.

Step 5: Heel on spring onions

  • Hak de lente-uitjes fijn.

Step 6: grilling

  • Verhit de grill of grillpan op middelhoog vuur.
  • Rijg de gemarineerde kipstukjes aan satéprikkers.
  • Grill de kipsatés 10-12 minuten, regelmatig draaiend, tot de kip gaar is en een mooi plakkerig glazuur heeft.

Step 7: Baking rice (optional)

  • Optioneel, bak de gekookte rijst 1 - 2 minuten met de overgebleven marinade.

Step 8: Serve

  • Bestrooi de gegrilde kipsatés met de fijngehakte lente-uitjes en THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING voor het serveren.
