Crispy Parmesan Fries


Discover how to make the tastiest crispy Parmesan potato fries yourself - an easy recipe for beginners!

  • 4 potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste


STEP 1: Preheat oven and prepare potatoes

  • Preheat your oven to 220°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
  • Rinse the potatoes and dry them well. Cut the potatoes into thin fries (about 1 cm thick).
  • In a large bowl, toss the potato slices with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch until well coated.

STEP 2: Baking potatoes

  • Drizzle the covered potatoes with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of THE SPICE CLUB POTATO spice mix over it. Mix again to ensure even coverage.
  • Place the fries on the prepared baking sheet. Bake them for 20 minutes.

STEP 3: Add cheese

  • While the fries are baking, mince 2 cloves of garlic and grate 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Remove the fries from the oven. While they are still warm, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over them. Mix gently.

STEP 4: Garnish and Serve

  • Garnish the fries with fresh parsley.
  • If necessary, add some THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING for extra flavor & crunch.
  • season with salt & pepper if necessary
