This lime salmon baking tray edition is a delicious and simple meal that is perfect for a healthy weekday evening. With salmon fillets, roasted potatoes, broccoli and cherry tomatoes, flavored with The Spice Club Lemon Pepper Fish Mix and fresh lime juice. Fast, nutritious and full of taste!

  • Olijfolie (voor besprenkelen)
  • 8 vastkokende aardappels, in plakjes gesneden
  • 4 tl The Spice Club Lemon Pepper Fish Mix
  • 4 zalmfilets (à 125 gram per stuk)
  • Roosjes van 2 stronken broccoli
  • Bakje cherry tomaten, gehalveerd (optioneel)
  • Sap van 1 limoen

preparation

Step 1: Prepare

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C.
  • Bekleed een grote bakplaat met bakpapier of vet lichtjes in met olijfolie.

Step 2: Potatoes and Broccoli

  • Verdeel de aardappelplakjes en broccoliroosjes over de bakplaat. Besprenkel met olijfolie..
  • Rooster de aardappels en broccoli in de voorverwarmde oven voor 20 minuten.

Step 3: Add salmon and cherry tomatoes

  • Haal na 20 minuten de bakplaat uit de oven en schuif de groenten een beetje opzij. Leg de zalmfilets op de bakplaat tussen de groenten.
  • Strooi 1 tl The Spice Club Lemon Pepper Fish Mix over elke zalmfilet en groenten en besprenkel met limoensap.
  • Optioneel: Verdeel de gehalveerde cherry tomaten over de bakplaat.

Step 4: Bake

  • Plaats de bakplaat terug in de oven en bak alles nog eens 12-15 minuten, of tot de zalm gaar is en de groenten mooi geroosterd zijn.

Step 5: Serve

  • Extra lekker met een extra partje limoen voor een frisse touch!
