The topping

chicken

Mix 1-2 teaspoons per person of the mix with olive oil and rub onto chicken breasts, drumsticks or wings. Let it sit for a while for a rich, spicy flavour before baking, grilling or roasting.

Add 1-2 teaspoons pp to a pan of tomato sauce with onion and garlic. Perfect for pasta, lasagna or pizzas with a rich Italian taste.

fish
