This traybake cauliflower with sausages is a fast, healthy and tasteful meal that is perfect for a busy evening. With crispy cauliflower rice, juicy cherry tomatoes, smoked sausage and a touch of pesto, this dish is simple and full of taste. The traybake mix of The Spice Club gives the dish that little bit extra, while a fresh grater Parmesan cheese and a piece of baguette make it complete.

  • 450 g worstjes
  • 350 g bloemkoolrijst of de bloemkoolroosjes van 1 bloemkool
  • 450 g cherrytomaten
  • 150 g pesto
  • Zakje rucola sla
  • 4 theelepels The Spice Club Traybake Mix
  • Versgeraspte Parmezaanse kaas
  • Stokbrood, voor serveren

preparation

  1. Verwarm de oven voor op 200 °C en bekleed een bakplaat met bakpapier.
  2. Meng de pesto met de bloemkoolrijst
  3. Leg de bloemkoolrijst gelijkmatig op de bakplaat en verdeel de cherrytomaten en gesneden gerookte worstjes over de bloemkoolrijst.
  4. Bestrooi de bakplaat met The Spice Club Traybake Mix.
  5. Bak de traybake 20-25 minuten in de voorverwarmde oven, of totdat de tomaten beginnen te barsten en de worstjes goudbruin en knapperig zijn.
  6. Haal de bakplaat uit de oven en laat het gerecht een paar minuten rusten. Bestrooi royaal met versgeraspte Parmezaanse kaas en rucola.
  7. Serveer warm met stokbrood aan de zijkant voor een heerlijke, eenvoudige maaltijd.
