Step 1: Preparation of the ingredients

  • Schil en snijd de aardappelen in hapklare stukjes. Snipper de rode ui en hak de knoflook fijn.

Step 2: Start baking

  • Verhit een grote pan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de gesnipperde ui, knoflook en THE SPICE CLUB CURRY toe. Bak tot de ui glazig is.

Step 3: Add tomatoes and herbs

  • Voeg de tomaten toe aan de pan en roer goed door.

Step 4: Add potatoes

  • Voeg na 1 minuut de aardappelen toe en roer goed zodat ze bedekt zijn. Laat nog 5-10 minuten koken.

Step 5: Serve and garnish

  • Serveer de Bombay Aardappelen, eventueel gegarneerd met THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING of THE SPICE CLUB POKE..
