- 500 grams of potatoes
- 1 red onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons The Spice Club Curry
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- Optional: The Spice Club Topping or The Spice Club Poke for garnish
- salt and pepper to taste
preparation
Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients
- Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Chop the red onion and finely chop the garlic.
Step 2: Start Baking
- Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic and THE SPICE CLUB CURRY. Fry until the onion is translucent.
Step 3: Add Tomatoes and Herbs
- Add the tomatoes to the pan and stir well.
Step 4: Add potatoes
- After 1 minute, add the potatoes and stir well to coat them. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.
Step 5: Serving and Garnishing
- Serve the Bombay Potatoes, optionally garnished with THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING or THE SPICE CLUB POKE. Add salt & pepper to taste.
