Bombay potatoes

  • 500 grams of potatoes
  • 1 red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons The Spice Club Curry
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • Optional: The Spice Club Topping or The Spice Club Poke for garnish
  • salt and pepper to taste


Step 1: Preparing the Ingredients

  • Peel and cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces. Chop the red onion and finely chop the garlic.

Step 2: Start Baking

  • Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add the chopped onion, garlic and THE SPICE CLUB CURRY. Fry until the onion is translucent.

Step 3: Add Tomatoes and Herbs

  • Add the tomatoes to the pan and stir well.

Step 4: Add potatoes

  • After 1 minute, add the potatoes and stir well to coat them. Cook for another 5-10 minutes.

Step 5: Serving and Garnishing

  • Serve the Bombay Potatoes, optionally garnished with THE SPICE CLUB TOPPING or THE SPICE CLUB POKE. Add salt & pepper to taste.
