Recipe

1. Cook the pasta: Bring a large pan of water to the boil and cook the pasta according to the packaging Al dente. Drain and store a cup of cooking liquid if necessary.

2. Bake the sauce: Heat a large frying pan or frying pan. Bake the minced meat over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the onion and carrot and bake for 4–5 minutes until they are soft.

3. Add herbs and sauce: Stir in the The Spice Club Pasta Perfection Mix, followed by the tomato sauce. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Make it creamy: Add the cooking cream and stir. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. Add a little pasta water if the sauce is too thick.

5. Serve: Spoon the pasta through the sauce or serve separately. Garnish with parmesan or fresh basil if necessary.

Tip: No minced meat in the house? This sauce is also delicious with lentils or vegetarian rules!

  • 450 g pasta (zoals spaghetti, fusilli of penne)
  • 200 ml kookroom (light of vol, naar voorkeur)
  • Optioneel: geraspte Parmezaanse kaas en verse basilicum voor erbij
