This delicious tagliatelle with salmon, spinach and creamy sauce is a simple and tasty dish, perfect for a fast evening meal. The combination of soft salmon, fresh spinach and a creamy sauce with The Spice Club Fish Herbs provides a rich and full taste. This recipe is ready in less than 30 minutes and is an absolute favorite for pasta lovers.

  • 250 g tagliatelle (of andere pasta naar keuze)
  • 1 sjalot, fijngesnipperd
  • 1 teentje knoflook, uitgeperst
  • 250 g zalmfilet, zonder huid, in blokjes gesneden
  • 4 tl The Spice Club Fish kruidenmix
  • 150 ml (kook)room
  • 4 handjes verse spinazie, gewassen en grof gehakt
  • 125 g cherrytomaatjes, gehalveerd
  • Olijfolie, om in te bakken
  • Parmesaanse kaas
  • The Spice Club Topping (optioneel ter garnering)

preparation

Step 1: Cooking pasta

  • Kook de tagliatelle volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking. Giet af en bewaar een beetje kookvocht.

Step 2: Baking salmon

  • Verhit een scheutje olijfolie in een koekenpan en fruit de sjalot en knoflook tot ze glazig zijn.
  • Voeg de blokjes zalm toe en bestrooi met de The Spice Club Fish kruidenmix. Bak de zalm rondom lichtbruin en gaar.

Step 3: Make cream sauce

  • Schenk de (kook)room in de pan met de zalm en laat het zachtjes pruttelen.
  • Voeg de cherrytomaatjes en spinazie toe en roer tot de spinazie geslonken is.

Step 4: Add pasta

  • Voeg de gekookte tagliatelle toe aan de saus. Roer alles goed door elkaar. Als de saus te dik is, voeg een beetje van het kookvocht van de pasta toe.

Step 5: Serve

  • Verdeel de pasta over de borden en garneer eventueel met Parmezaanse kaas en The Spice Club Topping. Serveer direct.
