Enjoy a delicious butter -bone chicken fillet with garlic and herbs. This recipe combines juicy chicken fillets with the rich flavors of melted butter, aromatic garlic and fresh herbs such as rosemary, thyme or sage. 4 people

  • 700-900 gram kipfilets zonder bot en vel​
  • 4 theelepels The Spice Club Chicken Mix​
  • 1 eetlepel plantaardige olie (zoals zonnebloem- of koolzaadolie)​
  • 3 eetlepels ongezouten boter​
  • 4 teentjes knoflook, geplet en gepeld​
  • 4 takjes rozemarijn, tijm of salie, of een mix hiervan (optioneel)

preparation

Preparing the chicken:

  • Dep de kipfilets droog met keukenpapier.​
  • Wrijf beide zijden van de kipfilets in met The Spice Club Chicken Mix.​

Broaden chicken:

  • Verhit de plantaardige olie in een grote koekenpan op middelhoog vuur.​
  • Plaats de gekruide kipfilets in de pan en bak ze ongeveer 5-6 minuten aan één zijde, tot ze goudbruin zijn.

Turn chicken and add butter:

  • Draai de kipfilets om en voeg de ongezouten boter, geplette knoflook en de verse kruiden toe aan de pan.

Serve:

  • Haal de kipfilets uit de pan en laat ze enkele minuten rusten voordat u ze aansnijdt.​
  • Serveer de botergeglaceerde kipfilets met uw favoriete bijgerechten.
