  • 4 eetlepels (ongeveer 50 gram) ongezouten boter​
  • 4 eetlepels fijngehakte dille​
  • 1 zalmfilet van 700 tot 900 gram​
  • 4-6 theelepels The Spice Club Lemon Pepper Mix​
  • Limoenpartjes, voor serveren

This roasted salmon is delicious with side dishes such as steamed vegetables, potato puree or a fresh salad.

preparation

Preheat the oven:

  • Verwarm de oven voor op 180°C.

Preparing butter:

  • Smelt de boter in een kleine pan op laag vuur.​
  • Meng de fijngehakte dille door de gesmolten boter.​

Prepare salmon:

  • Plaats de zalmfilet op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat.
  • Bestrijk de zalm gelijkmatig met het botermengsel.​
  • Bestrooi de zalm met The Spice Club Lemon Pepper Mix.​

Roast salmon:

  • Rooster de zalm in de voorverwarmde oven gedurende 15-20 minuten, afhankelijk van de dikte van de filet, tot de zalm net gaar is en gemakkelijk uit elkaar valt.​

Serve:

  • Haal de zalm uit de oven en laat deze enkele minuten rusten.​
  • Serveer de zalm met limoenpartjes aan de zijkant voor een extra frisse smaak.
