Recipe

Juicy salmon with a crispy edge, seasoned with our Seafood Lover Mix. Ready in less than 15 minutes!

ingredients

4 people

  • 4 zalmfilets (à ca. 170 g, met of zonder huid)
  • 3–4 el olijfolie
  • 4 el The Spice Club Seafood Lover
  • 1 citroen, in partjes
  • 250 g cherrytomaten (optioneel)

preparation

1. Prepare: Pat the salmon fillets dry and brush them on both sides with a little olive oil. Sprinkle generously with the Seafood Lover Mix and leave for 5 minutes.

2. Prepare (choose a method):

  • Airfryer: Verwarm de airfryer voor op 180°C. Leg de zalm in het mandje (gebruik eventueel bakpapier) en bak 8–10 minuten. Voeg halverwege de cherrytomaten toe voor een extra smaakvolle twist.
  • Oven: Verwarm de oven voor op 200°C (boven-/onderwarmte). Leg de zalm op een met bakpapier beklede bakplaat of ovenschaal. Verdeel de cherrytomaten eromheen. Bak 12–15 minuten tot de zalm mooi gaar is.

3. Serve: Serve the salmon with lemon wedges and possibly some extra olive oil or fresh parsley.
