A wonderfully scented oven dish full of roasted vegetables, crispy almonds and creamy feta. Our salt -free traybake mix gives this dish exactly the correct spicy depth. Easy, nutritious and so on the table.

  • 800 g zoete aardappel, in blokjes
  • 300 g broccoli, in roosjes
  • 180 g cherrytomaten, gehalveerd
  • 4 bosuitjes, in ringetjes
  • 50 g ongezouten amandelen
  • 200 g feta, verkruimeld
  • 4 el The Spice Club Traybake mix
  • 6 el olijfolie
  • 1 limoen (rasp en sap)

preparation

Step 1 - Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (top and lower heat).

Step 2 - Prepare vegetables: In a large bowl, mix the sweet potato cubes with 4 tbsp olive oil, 3 tbsp traybake mix and a pinch of lime zest. Divide over a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Roast in the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 3 - Add broccoli and almonds: Remove the baking sheet from the oven and add the broccoli florets, almonds and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with the remaining olive oil and 1 tbsp traybake mix. Mix lightly and roast for another 15-20 minutes until everything is golden brown and done.

Step 4 - Finish: Remove the tray from the oven. Sprinkle with spring onion, crumbled feta and some extra lime zest. Sprinkle with lime juice to taste.

Step 5 - Serve: Serve immediately, possibly with a fresh yogurt lime dressing or some Hummus on the Side.

At The Spice Club, we don't add salt to our products because we want to offer 100% pure ingredients, free from cheap fillers like salt and sugar.

If you want to add salt to your dishes, you can, of course. With our mixes, you can control your salt intake, depending on your taste and health preferences.
