  • 15 ml olijfolie
  • 3 teentjes knoflook, fijngehakt
  • 680 g tomatenpassata
  • 4 tl The Spice Club Italiaans
  • 2-4 tl The Spice Club Chili peper (optioneel)
  • Zout en peper naar smaak
  • 340 g pasta naar keuze
  • 200 g Huttenkase (light)
  • 100 g geraspte Parmezaanse kaas, plus extra voor serveren
  • 2 tl geraspte limoenschil
  • 15 ml vers limoensap (van 1 limoen)
  • Gehakte peterselie voor garnering (optioneel)

preparation

  1. Verhit de olijfolie in een grote pan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de knoflook toe en bak tot deze geurig is.
  2. Voeg de tomatenpassata, Italiaanse kruidenmix & chili peper. Roer goed door en laat 5 minuten sudderen.
  3. Kook ondertussen de pasta volgens de aanwijzingen op de verpakking tot deze al dente is. Giet af en bewaar wat kookvocht.
  4. Voeg de huttenkase, geraspte Parmezaanse kaas, limoenschil en limoensap toe aan de saus. Roer goed door tot de kaas gesmolten is.
  5. Voeg de gekookte pasta toe aan de saus en meng goed. Voeg indien nodig wat van het bewaarde kookvocht toe om de saus te verdunnen en breng op smaak met peper & zout.
  6. Serveer de pasta warm, gegarneerd met extra geraspte Parmezaanse kaas en gehakte peterselie indien gewenst.
