  • Scheutje olijfolie
  • 150 g geraspte wortels
  • 150 g bleekselderij, fijngehakt
  • 2 uien, fijngehakt
  • 500 g mager rundergehakt
  • 2 blikjes tomaten (400 g)
  • 120 ml slagroom
  • Snufje zout
  • 4 el the spice club italian
  • 450 g brede pastanoedels, zoals pappardelle of tagliatelle
  • Parmezaanse kaas, geraspt

preparation

  1. Verhit de olijfolie in een grote pan op middelhoog vuur. Voeg de geraspte wortels, bleekselderij en uien toe. Bak ze tot ze zacht zijn, ongeveer 5 minuten.
  2. Voeg het rundergehakt en varkensgehakt toe aan de pan. Bak het gehakt rul en bruin, ongeveer 8-10 minuten.
  3. Voeg de tomaten blokjes, en the spice club italian toe aan het gehaktmengsel. Roer goed door.
  4. Giet de slagroom in de saus en breng op smaak met zout en zwarte peper. Laat de saus sudderen op laag vuur tot je de gewenste dikte krijgt en terwijl je de pasta kookt.
  5. Kook de pastanoedels volgens de instructies op de verpakking. Giet af en voeg toe aan de saus. Meng goed.
  6. Serveer de pasta bolognese met geraspte Parmezaanse kaas.
