Dash of olive oil
150 g grated carrots
150 g celery, finely chopped
2 onions, finely chopped
500 g lean minced beef
2 cans of tomatoes (400 g)
120 ml whipped cream
Pinch of salt
4 tbsp the spice club italian
450 g wide pasta noodles, such as pappardelle or tagliatelle
Parmesan cheese, grated
preparation
Heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the grated carrots, celery and onions. Cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
Add the ground beef and ground pork to the pan. Fry the minced meat until loose and brown, about 8-10 minutes.
Add the tomato cubes and the spice club Italian to the minced meat mixture. Stir well.
Pour the whipped cream into the sauce and season with salt and black pepper. Let the sauce simmer over low heat until you get the desired consistency while cooking the pasta.
Cook the pasta noodles according to the instructions on the package. Drain and add to the sauce. Mix well.
Serve the pasta bolognese with grated Parmesan cheese.
